1. Do I need to purchase any equipment or make any changes to my phone network for these incoming calls?
Usually, no changes will need to be made to your existing phone system if your company already has a phone network in place. You will need no expensive equipment. Typically, your sales reps just need to be available. When you inform us that they are ready to take calls, the phones will start ringing.
  2. Do I need to purchase expensive data for the calling campaign?
No. We have over 200 million U.S. consumers in our database from all 48 Continental States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We can, however, offer data at a minimal cost to you if you and your Company prefer to target a particular type of client. We have many data companies and sources of data at our disposal to help make your Live-Transfer Lead campaign a success.
  3. What about the Federal Do-Not-Call List Registry? Does your company maintain a list of those numbers?
Yes. We "scrub" our database as set forth by Federal and State standards at no cost to you. We perform maintenance on this database monthly. It is recommended that you have a federal SANS number prior to utilizing this service.
  4. What if I purchase a set number of leads for any particular month and I do not receive the entire amount of leads purchased by that month’s end?
We guarantee our service. Example: If you purchase 100 leads and only receive 80 for that particular day, the remaining 20 rollover until your order is fulfilled.
  5. Are there any other charges that our company has to pay? Are there any set-up fees?
There are no set-up fees and no other charges. You simply pay for the leads you receive from us. It's that easy.
  6. Isn't Voice Broadcasting illegal?
It is legal in most states. It is illegal to call homes in Indiana and North Dakota with any type of pre-recorded message. It is legal for many applications in the majority of the US. Check with your local state and be sure to read the Telemarketing Sales Rules found on the FCC homepage.
